workers from any and all rights and claims for damages, which may relate to my involvement in today’s event. I
agree to assume all responsibility for, and to indemnify, defend and save harmless Stability First Inc. from and
against, any and all liability, judgment, attorney fee and cost, claims, demands, or loss from damage, destruction,
injury or death, which may occur or result from my, or my minor child/ward’s involvement in this event. I make this
WAIVER, RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION on behalf of myself and my personal representative, heirs, minor
child/ward, assigns and estate. I HAVE READ THE ABOVE STATEMENTS. No other representations (oral or otherwise)
have been made apart from this document altering its meaning. Unless otherwise indicated, I certify that I am at

Ride through picturesque Morgan County. Return to enjoy music, food and a classic car show in downtown Martinsville. Option to enter your bike in the car/bike/ anything on wheels show. Ride benefits Stability First, providing housing and multiple resources geared toward helping those with limited resources increase their financial stability and self-sufficiency.

By signing this waiver, I acknowledge that I am fully aware of the dangers and hazards associated with
participating in a motorcycle ride. I certify that I am duly licensed and competent to operate a motorcycle in a
safe and responsible manner, and the vehicle is in safe operational condition. I will be riding on public roadways
and understand that I am solely responsible to determine the speed and operational characteristics of my
motorcycle while participating in the run. I hereby release and hold harmless Stability First and any of their
members and volunteers, against any and all claims, causes of action, and/or any other liability of any kind
arising from my participation and activity affiliated with this specific ride. I agree to hold harmless those
establishments affiliated with this run, during this run, and accept full and sole responsibility for my own actions.
I certify that I have no known physical or mental impairment that may affect my safety or the safety of other
participants. I certify that I will not at any time during this ride operate my motorcycle under the influence of
any narcotic, alcohol or other substance that may impair me.
I also understand that this Waiver and Release is in force throughout June 25, 2022 and covers any and all
activities affiliated with The Rally in the Valley and/or this run.

Stability First is a non-profit organization established to address multiple issues associated with the alleviation of poverty. It deals with transitional housing as well as a circle of services geared toward assisting low income families in increasing their financial stability and self sufficiency.

At present there are three aspects to our work: Foundations Men’s Ministry, The Lynay Community Resource Center and The Magdalene House Women’s Shelter.
